About This Project
Every four years, Young Life’s largest event, a staff conference called 1YL, requires extensive planning and strategic thought to bring its branding vision to life across five distinct properties. In close collaboration with the 1YL planning team, the agency undertakes the monumental task of designing a cohesive experience that spans from initial email communications to expansive signage, as well as engaging screen graphics for the main auditorium.
The complexity of branding such a large multi-day, multi-location event demands a high level of coordination and attention to detail, with the entire team fully immersed in ensuring every touchpoint. 1YL serves as a true all-hands-on-deck effort, requiring collaboration across disciplines to create a seamless, unified experience for all 5K+ attendees.
